Terms of use.

Euxie Atlas (“Atlas”) plans trips: itineraries on a map, AI assistance, file storage for bookings and photos, and sharing. It is operated by one person as a personal project, free of charge. It may change or shut down; if it ever shuts down, reasonable notice will be given on the site.

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy, including the usage telemetry it describes. If you do not agree, do not use Atlas.

Itineraries, travel times, opening hours, weather and everything the AI writes are best-effort assistance, generated or fetched from third parties. They can be wrong or stale. Check anything that costs money or a missed flight against the source. Atlas is not a travel agent and nothing here is booking or legal advice.

AI usage is metered: each account has a daily token allowance, and the app as a whole has one. When either runs out, AI features refuse until midnight UTC. The map, the planner and your files keep working.

Your trips and files stay yours. You grant the service only what it needs to operate — storing them, processing them through the AI features you invoke, and showing them to the people you share with. Upload only content you have the right to store, and nothing unlawful.

No scraping, no automated account creation, no attempting to reach other people’s trips, no flooding the AI or the map proxies. Accounts doing any of that can be removed without notice, along with their content.

Emails about your account and your trips — confirmations, resets, invitations — are sent when they are needed. Product news and offers are sent only if you opted in, at sign-up or under Account, and you can turn them off there at any time.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows. The operator is not liable for missed connections, closed museums, lost files or anything else arising from use of a free planning tool — the total liability is zero, because the price is.
